Question. Will you be offering other kinds of gloves or products in the future? If so, when?

Answer. Possibly. But for now, I am ONLY offering versions of the original glove as depicted in the first and second films. I also offer Knifegloves.com T-Shirts. But as for other products such as hats, sweaters, etc., I currently have no plans to offer those.


Q. I want to build a glove of my own. Could you please help me or send me your templates or an unbuilt glove so I can build it myself?

A. Sorry, but I do not give out or sell my templates, measurements, specific aging techniques, or unbuilt gloves. I also do not have the time to help you build your own glove. It's way too detailed and complicated to help someone over the internet.


Q. If something breaks on my glove, can I get it fixed?

A. Yes. If the breakage is due to poor construction, I will fix it for free. However, if it is due to improper handling or usage of the glove, it can be fixed but at a cost (price will be determined privately and damage due to poor usage is easily noticeable).


Q. Can I get a custom glove built?

A. I have decided to steer clear of custom orders due to my limited time available for building gloves but I try to accomodate requests when they are feasable. If they require dramatic alterations to the glove, I'll decline. But specific requests such as finger width, slight changes to the leather glove coloring, holes in the glove, etc. I will try to accomodate those requests.


Q. I can't afford the prices of your gloves. Can you make a cheaper one or sell me one for less?

A. While I understand that the cost for a glove may seem steep, please understand that these gloves are built with expensive materials and require hours of labor to build them for you and hundreds of hours have been devoted in research and development to get them to appear the way they do. There are also several other glove builders on the internet to offer you a wider selection of gloves at all sorts of prices.


Q. I placed my order recently. When can I expect to get my glove?

A. This may vary depending on my amount of workload. Right now I am not accepting orders until I am caught up on my current orders. However, when I am accepting orders, I ask for 4-6 weeks for the delivery of your glove.


Q. Can I cancel an order that I've placed?

A. Assuming the glove has not been shipped yet, orders are cancellable for a full refund. But once the glove has been shipped, all sales are final and non refundable unless you are simply not happy with the glove.


Q. Will you sharpen the blades on my glove?

A. NO! Don't even ask.
