Q. Will you be offering other kinds of gloves or products in the future? If so, when?

A. I do plan on expanding my glove choices in the future, but the gloves I currently
    offer are still being tweaked and perfected and I probably will not expand my
    selection until I am 100% satisfied with my current gloves. As for other products
    (hats, sweaters, masks, etc) I currently have no plans to offer those.


Q. I want to build a glove of my own. Could you please help me or send me your
    templates or an unbuilt glove so I can build it myself?

A. Sorry, but I do not give out or sell my templates, measurements, specific aging
    techniques, or unbuilt gloves.


Q. If something breaks on my glove, can I get it fixed?

A. Yes. If the breakage is due to poor construction, I will fix it for free. However, if
    it is due to improper handling or usage of the glove, it can be fixed but at a cost
    (price will be determined privately and damage due to poor usage is easily
    noticeable).


Q. Can I get a custom glove built?

A. I try to steer clear of custom orders but I try to accomodate requests when they
    are feasable. If they require dramatic alterations to the glove, I'll probably
    decline. But specific requests such as finger width, slight changes to the glove
    coloring, holes in the glove, etc. I will try to accomodate those requests.


Q. I can't afford the prices of your gloves. Can you make a cheaper one or sell me
    one for less?

A. While I understand that the cost for a glove may seem steep, please
    understand that these gloves are built with expensive materials and require
    hours of labor to build them for you. There are several other glove builders on
    the internet and I am currently the most affordable already. Your best bet is to
    buy a mass-produced glove instead of a hand-crafted one if you're looking for
    something more affordable.


Q. I placed my order recently. When can I expect to get my glove?

A. Depending on demand, available materials, and my overall health, I ask for an
    estimated time frame of 5 weeks to get your order filled and shipped out.
    Halloween time is especially busy and my deadline is typically sometime in
    September (watch website for the date). But other times of the year vary but if I
    can get your glove built and shipped within 5 weeks, I definitely will.


Q. Can I cancel an order that I've placed?

A. Assuming the glove has not been shipped yet, orders are cancellable for a full
    refund. But once the glove has been shipped, all sales are final and non-
    refundable.
